Pre-ordering gives us a better idea of how to plan our growing season while insuring you receive the quantities you would like. We do raise a limited quantity above the requested amount to accommodate those who
did not get a chance to pre-order, but there are not guarantees as to
availability as this is on a first come, first served basis. While the harvest time for most livestock raised on the farm is in the fall, pre-orders should be placed during the Spring season in order to allow ample time to locate livestock not born on the farm.
